Before you report a problem:- Read help and consider whether the issue really should be reported.
- If you forgot your password, use Password Assistance service.
- If you forgot your username, include personal details about yourself, such as full name, address, etc.
When reporting email abuse or SPAM:- Write to your ISP abuse address (e.g. abuse@example.net) first.
- Include either a complete "raw" message copy or the relevant log lines describing the incident.
When reporting a sign in/up problem or bug:- Include as much details as possible.
- Include the exact sequence of steps required to reproduce the problem.
- Include the exact error message(s) that you got.
- Identify your Internet Service Provider correctly.
